South Africa
Savanna Private Game Reserve - Where Safari comes first
At Savanna life revolves around game viewing and offers fantastic levels of hospitality, attention to detail and comfortable accommodation. We recommend a honeymoon bush breakfast where you will be taken out into the bush early morning and eat a typical bush breakfast watching the sun rise! If you have the budget why not upgrade to an executive suite with a plunge pool for additional luxury and privacy.

Ulusaba - A balance of Nature and Nurture
Ulusaba Game Reserve is Sir Richard Branson's private game reserve set in the heart of the game rich Sabi Sands. There's two luxury lodges on the reserve - Safari Lodge and Rock Lodge. Both offer superb facilities, great game viewing, fantastic facilities and attentive staff. This is a great choice for honeymooners seeking luxury and romance mixed with great game viewing.
We would recommend honeymooners stay at the Safari Lodge as this is more secluded and romantic. However make sure you eat at least once at Rock Lodge where you can enjoy spectacular bush views from the restaurant.

Kenya
Joy's Camp - An Elegant Oasis
This chic oasis is located at the site of Joy Adamson's tented home in Shaba – it's where Joy released Penny – the leopard featured in her last book Queen of Shaba. Joy's camp overlooks a large natural spring where elephant and lion jostle for watering rights with herds of buffalo, Reticulated Giraffe and Grevy’s Zebra.
What could me more romantic than a meal in the heart of the bush? Just before sunset you will be driven out to a secluded spot where you will find a perfectly laid table with staff to serve you. Enjoy sundowners and a fantastic meal whist the sunsets over the bush.

The Cove Tree House - A welcome Retreat

Governors' Camp - Paradise Plain

The River Club - Romance on the banks of the Zambezi

Botswana
Chitabe Camp - A luxurious tented camp
Chitabe is located on one of the Okavango's most beautiful islands and is surrounded by mopane and acacia woodlands, flood plains and the perenial delta itself. The camp offers an excellent Botswana safari with a good range of activities and excellent game viewing including good wild dog at certain times of the year.
Chitabe Camp has two 'elevated hides' located within the reserve. These are great for honeymooners wanting to get closer to nature without being to close! They have a bathroom, and bed and a seating are so you can sleep out under the stars and watch the wildlife at night - this is a truly memorable experince.

Xigeria Camp - Situated in a private area of the Delta
Xigera (pronounced Keejera) is set on a large, remote island surrounded by the waters of the Okavango Delta and riverine forest. The camp offers the full Botswana safari experience with excellent mokoro trips, walks, drives and boating in an extremely private area of the delta. Accommodation is in spacious tents raised on decking overlooking a seasonal flood plain and waterhole.
A must for honeymooners is a mokoro trip just before sunset. You can enjoy sundowners taking in the stunning and unique surroundings of the Okavango Delta.
