Activities at Le Canonnier 

Unlike other holiday destinations and hotels, at all of the Beachcomber hotels many of the land and water sports are free for guests - including waterskiing.

Land Sports

Le Canonnier offers 3 floodlit tennis courts (hard court, Head tennis racket hire is complimentary however tennis balls will need to be purchased), table tennis, volley ball, bocciball and archery which are all complimentary for guests. Gym

The hotel does not have a gym, however, guests are free to use the facilities at Le Mauricia - a 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel. Health & fitness fact sheet

Water Sports

Gentle, inviting waters make Mauritius a perfect destination for water activities - waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, glass bottom boat trips, snorkelling trips, kayaks and pedal boats are all complimentary for guests. The hotel also offers free weekly group sailing and windsurfing lessons. Water sports fact sheet

Deep Sea Fishing

In season, Mauritius offers superb deep sea fishing. There is a fishing charter company just 10 minutes from Le Victoria. The charters offer half and full day trips on fully equipped specialist fishing boats (including quality tackle and bait).

Diving

Le Canonnier has an on-site PADI affiliated Dive Centre with a comprehensive diving programme. There are a number of decent dive sites within 20 minutes boat ride of the hotel. Diving fact sheet
