Le Mauricia offers dining at two superb restaurants and guests are also able to inter-dine at Le Canonnier, although from time to time these restaurants may be full with Le Canonnier guests.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and evening meal. Dinner is either buffet or Chef's Daily Menu, in selected restaurants only, with á la carte dishes available at a supplement. An all inclusive option is also available. Occasionally a restaurant may close for a group booking.
Dress Code: During the daytime the dress code is casual, however, during the evening the restaurants prefer guests to be smart-casual so shirts and trousers for the men.
Non-Smoking Policy: Each restaurant features a 'smoking area'. Smoking is permitted in all bars.
Les Quais
Les Quais overlooks one of the pools and serves breakfast and á la carte lunch. In the evenings you can take a voyage of discovery at themed buffets served from 'live' cooking stations. Buffet style Breakfast is served between 0730 to 1000, á la carte lunch from 1230 to 1430 and buffet style evening meal from 1830 to 2130.
Le Nautic
A great location for dining with a view, positioned close to the pool and beach. It's open for á la carte lunch and either a daily chef's Menu or á la carte dinner. Lunch is served from 1230 to 1430. Dinner is by reservation only and is served between 1930 and 2130. Le Nautic has a intimate atmosphere when night falls. Seats 100.
Bay Watch Bar
The main bar, Bay Watch, is located by the pool and serves snacks between 1000 and 1600. Open between 0900 and 2300. Tasty pancakes will be served between 1600 and 1800.
La Rhumerie Nightclub
If you want to live it up a little, try La Rhumerie nightclub which opens until late, or take a short walk along the beach to enjoy the nightlife of Grand Baie.
Wellness Centre
The Wellness Centre at Le Mauricia offers a variety of massage treatments, plus it has a relaxing hammam and sauna, the perfect antidote to a long flight!
Bob Marlin Mini Club
All Beachcomber hotels have a free Bob Marlin Mini Club which welcomes children aged 3 - 12 years. The children's club at Le Mauricia is open from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week.
The clubs are run by qualified professionals who provide fun, but also educational, indoor and outdoor activities to keep your little ones entertained and happy.
Every day there is a set activities programme which you can dip in and out of, if you also want to spend some family time together during the day.
