Activities at Paradis Hotel & Golf Club

Unlike other holiday destinations and hotels at all of the Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius many of the land and water sports are free for guests* - including waterskiing.

Land Sports

Paradis has 6 floodlit tennis courts (4 hard courts and 2 artificial grass, Head tennis racket hire is complimentary however, tennis balls will need to be purchased), table tennis, volley ball, and bocciball which are all complimentary to guests. The hotel also offers free weekly group tennis lessons and a pro is on hand for private lessons (which are at an extra cost). Mountain bikes are available for hire and the 18-hole Paradis Golf Course is also on your doorstep. Land sports fact sheet

Gym

Paradis has an extensive gym which has machines and free weights and offers a number of complimentary aerobic classes. Health & fitness fact sheet

Water Sports

With its great location, Paradis is the perfect spot for watersports and there are plenty of free sports available including: sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, snorkelling trips, kayaks, pedaloes and glass bottom boat trips. The hotel also offers weekly free group windsurfing and sailing lessons. Water sports fact sheet

Deep Sea Fishing

Paradis has its own fleet of deep sea fishing boats so is the perfect base if you are a keen fisherman. The boats all come with quality tackle and bait and offer full and half day charters.

Diving

*Due to new government regulations in Mauritius, it is no longer permitted to waterski off the jetty at the Paradis. Guests will however now be able to water-ski off a pontoon out at sea (accessed by boat).
