Golf in Mauritius at Paradis
Paradis is simply a superb golf resort with the first tee just 20 metres from the hotel reception - golf on your door step does not get much better or closer than this! The course itself runs along the coast below the base of the magnificent Le Morne Mountain. You will enjoy the challenge of having to hit the ball over the Indian Ocean on at least 5 of the holes - in fact it's quite easy to hit into the ocean on a few more of the holes!
Paradis offer twice weekly group lessons and a friendly weekly competition which is the perfect chance to meet fellow golfers.
A choice of three golf courses
Paradis is affiliated with a further 2 excellent 18-hole golf courses which are both just 20 minutes from Paradis - Golf Du Chateau (20 minutes drive south) and Tamarina Golf Estate (20 minutes north). At both courses guests will enjoy discounted green fees, VIP status and preferred tee times. All three courses offer an excellent challenge to the low and high handicap golfer.

Golf Packages
Paradis also offers a number of superb 5 day golf packages (all golf takes place at Paradis Golf Course) and if you are a keen golfer they offer great value. The 5 day golf package includes the following:
- Unlimited Green Fees for 5 days

- Complimentary bottled water on the golf course for 5 days

Golf packages do not cover green fees and entrance fees for competitions.

Flying with golf clubs to Mauritius?
Air Mauritius
One golf bag will be allowed free of charge in addition to your luggage allowance. The golf bag should only contain golfing equipment and must not exceed 20kgs.
British Airways
When you fly with British Airways, golf bags form part of your luggage allowance. If a golf bag is an addition to your luggage allowance, a fee of £40 per sector will apply.
