Unlike other holiday destinations and hotels at all of the Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius many of the land and water sports are free for guests* - including waterskiing.
Land Sports
Paradis has 6 floodlit tennis courts (4 hard courts and 2 artificial grass, Head tennis racket hire is complimentary however, tennis balls will need to be purchased), table tennis, volley ball, and bocciball which are all complimentary to guests. The hotel also offers free weekly group tennis lessons and a pro is on hand for private lessons (which are at an extra cost). Gym

Water Sports
With its great location, Paradis is the perfect spot for watersports and there are plenty of free sports available including: sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, snorkelling trips, kayaks, pedaloes and glass bottom boat trips. Deep Sea Fishing
In season, Mauritius offers superb deep sea fishing. There is a fishing charter company in Black River not too far from Paradis that we recommend. They offer half and full day trips on fully equipped specialist fishing boats. For more information on boats and prices, call or email us.

*Due to new government regulations in Mauritius, it is no longer permitted to waterski off the jetty at the Paradis. Guests will however now be able to water-ski off a pontoon out at sea (accessed by boat).
